A full print lab and an electronics bench — CAD to physical part, sensor to dashboard. When the job needs a thing that doesn’t exist yet, I make it.
PROJECTS & CAPABILITIES
A product line of 3D-printed accessories for Unitree robots — sensor mounts, camera brackets, protective covers, and joint guards. Designed in Fusion 360, iterated on FDM, and produced in materials that survive field work.
Fusion 360 CAD through slicers to the right machine for the part: Bambu Lab FDM for fast iteration, Formlabs Form 4L resin for fine detail, and the Fuse 1 for SLS nylon parts with production strength — prepped and managed in PreForm.
Hardware and software designed together: ESP32 firmware reading Adafruit and Seeed Studio sensors, feeding dashboards, robots, and alerts. The physical world, showing up in the interface.
