Campus-wide smart parking for Sacred Heart University: a distributed network of computer-vision cameras and ultrasonic occupancy sensors feeding edge processing nodes, so drivers see real parking availability instead of circling. Built to optimize vehicle flow, occupancy tracking, and lot safety.
Control panels for machines in the field — live MQTT telemetry, camera feeds, and command interfaces for humanoid and quadruped fleets, readable at a glance when something goes wrong.
The unglamorous software that actually saves time: inventory trackers, deployment checklists, reporting pipelines — small tools shaped exactly to the job instead of a subscription that almost fits.
